It is best to keep the e-mail confirmation together with the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) for possible warranty claims.

Product registration

All information about the warranty claim

The regular warranty period begins on the day of purchase. To be eligible for the extended or deluxe warranty, the following conditions must be met:

The extended or deluxe warranty must be offered for the purchased product.
The product must be registered no later than 3 months after purchase.

Please note: The claim under the warranty does not exist if defects in the object of purchase have arisen due to the following factors:

Improper use
Negligent or intentional damage by the purchaser or third parties
Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties without our instruction
Modifications or damage due to force majeure (examples: Thunderstorm, power failure, hail, lightning, fire, flooding, frost, snow) or other effects (such as by animals etc.).

In addition, there is no claim under the warranty if

An illegible or incomplete proof of purchase is presented.
The usability of the device is not affected by the damage.
The device is stolen or lost in any other way.

Of course, the extended and deluxe warranty do not restrict your entitlement to the statutory warranty rights. In the event of a defective delivery, you are of course entitled to these rights independently of the extended and deluxe warranty.
